Cut & Sew Services

Cutting

Customers of VTT’s cutting services have many options that include die cutting, hot knife and automated cutting systems.

Sewing

We understand that the choice of a cut and sew manufacturer is a major undertaking for any product developer or apparel designer.

VTT offers a contractor service that is very smooth and easy for clients to construct their custom design. This is a primary focus of the manufacturing staff, that prides itself on continuous improvement of processes to reduce the time and labor. All so we can pass this onto the customer. VTT offers its customers who use the sewing services the ability to have own unique designs while providing quality workmanship. We offer these sewing services that include industrial assemblies to apparel development from concept to production.

Assembly

Assembly at VTT can mean many things. It maybe our own products that we have cut to be sewn or products our customers have provided for us to put together. Either way we take great pride in our ability to assemble products with speed and accuracy.

Value Added

Laminating

VTT works closely with laminating companies to provide customers with ability to laminate Shieldex® conductive fabrics with different films and composites.

Coating

VTT also works closely with coating companies to develop protective coatings for the Shieldex® conductive textiles.

Color Printing

V Technical Textiles, Inc. and Statex have worked with a third party to develop the ability to print any color on our conductive fabrics without disrupting the conductivity or performance. This printing process can be applied to many of our conductive woven fabrics, knits and tricot knits in any color and multifarious custom designs.
